Notes

This full-flavored dip can also be made with cooked shrimp, crabmeat, or chopped cooked turkey breast instead of chicken. Here’s a great way to serve this dip as finger food: Cut off the tops of large cherry tomatoes and scoop out the insides with a melon baller. Then, use the melon baller to stuff the tomatoes with the dip. Line a platter with greens or banana leaves (to prevent slippage) and arrange the tomatoes on top.
