Cabbage and Tangerine Slaw

cooked green cabbage1 cup(s), shredded, shredded
uncooked red cabbage1 cup(s), shredded
tangerine(s)2 large, large, pitted, peeled and separated into segments
uncooked red onion(s)½ cup(s), sliced, thinly sliced
unsweetened orange juice3 Tbsp
fresh lemon juice1 Tbsp
marmalade1 Tbsp, orange
black pepper¼ tsp
canola oil1 ½ tsp
table salt¼ tsp
- Combine cabbages, tangerines and onion.
- In a separate bowl, stir together orange and lemon juices and marmalade. Stir in oil, salt and pepper. Pour over cabbage salad and toss well. Yields about 1 cup per serving.
