dry buttermilk¼ cup(s)
onion powder1 tsp
table salt½ tsp
black pepper½ tsp, freshly ground
apple cider vinegar2 Tbsp
Dijon Mustard2 tsp
- In a small bowl, stir together buttermilk, onion powder, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Whisk in water until smooth; whisk in vinegar and mustard until creamy. Yields about 1 1/2 tablespoons per serving.
