Ingredients
Olive oil
2 tsp
White onion
1 small, diced
Garlic
2 clove(s), minced
Tomato paste
1 Tbsp
Canned tomato puree
1 cup(s)
Grape tomatoes
1 pound(s)
Table salt

Black pepper
1 pinch(es)
Canned butter beans
15½ oz, rinsed and drained
Crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup(s)
Fresh basil
2 Tbsp, leaves
Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic, and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the tomato paste and cook, stirring,1 minute. Stir in the tomato puree and grape tomatoes, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Simmer over low heat until the tomatoes start to break down, 5 to 10 minutes.

Add the beans to the skillet and stir to heat through. Top with the cheese and garnish with basil.
