Muesli is the Swiss word for an oat-and-fruit medley, which sometimes also includes nuts and seeds, that gets mixed with milk, juice, or yogurt (or all three in the case of this recipe) to be eaten for breakfast. Here, blueberries and finely chopped dates lend natural sweetness to this fruit and fiber-rich mix that is also gluten-free. Depending on what's fresh at your market, top the cereal with berries in the spring and summer, and in autumn and winter try orange segments or chopped apple.
