- Whisk together almond milk, yogurt, orange juice, honey, vanilla almond extract, cinnamon and salt in medium bowl. Stir in oats and dates. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Spoon muesli evenly into 4 bowls. Top evenly with blueberries and almonds and serve at once.

Blueberries and finely chopped dates lend natural sweetness to the muesli. Depending on what's fresh at your market, top the cereal with berries in the spring and summer, and in autumn and winter try orange segments or chopped apple.
