This delicious burger tastes rivals any from the fast-food takeout window in both flavor and nutrition. After all, the best thing about a burger is what's in between the buns. This one loads up on the tried-and-true lettuce, cheese, pickle, onion, tomato, and the usual condiments to make a veggie patty shine, but the skinny bun means this American beauty is all about what's on the inside. If you like things spice, add a few canned green chiles to your burger. For a smoky note, stir a minced canned chipotle in adobo sauce into the mayo.
