Ingredients

cooked beets

50 gm, (about 1 small beet)

store-bought hummus

English cucumber(s)

24 inch slice(s)

dill

24 sprig(s), small size, fresh

Instructions

  1. Pulse beet in food processor until chopped. Add hummus and process until smooth.
  2. Place 1 tablespoon of beet hummus on each of the slices of cucumber. Top each with drill sprig.
  3. Per serving: 1 garnished cucumber slice
