Call it a beach sandwich, call it a pool sandwich. Pop it in your picnic tote or enjoy it hunched over your kitchen counter after coming back from the pool. No matter where you eat it, this sandwich is sure to keep you full and happy all afternoon. Sunscreen sold separately.

Ingredients

Ciabatta bun

¾ item(s), sliced open horizontally

Avocado

¼ item(s)

Deli sliced turkey breast

4 oz

Mustard

2 Tbsp

Persian (mini) cucumber

Jarred banana peppers

¼ cup(s), sliced, patted dry with paper towels

Red onion

¼ cup(s), sliced

Cape Cod Original 40 % Reduced Fat, Kettle Cooked Potato Chips

Instructions

  1. Carefully remove the soft insides of the ciabatta roll to create room for fillings.
  2. With a fork, mash the avocado into the bottom piece of bread. Top with the turkey. Spread the mustard over the turkey.
  3. Layer on the cucumbers, banana peppers, onion, and potato chips. Cover with the top piece of bread, pressing down slightly.
  4. Cut in half. Wrap tightly in foil or plastic.
  5. Serving = 1 sandwich
