Ingredients

Uncooked salmon

2 pound(s), cut into bite size pieces

Olive oil

1 Tbsp

Chili powder

1 tsp

Ground cumin

1 tsp

Adobo seasoning

1 tsp

Kosher salt

½ tsp

Black pepper

¼ tsp

Light mayonnaise

½ cup(s)

Sweet Thai chili sauce

¼ cup(s)

Ketchup

2 Tbsp

Scallions

2 medium, thinly sliced, for garnish

Unsalted toasted sesame seeds

½ tsp, for garnish

Red chili peppers

1 medium, thinly sliced, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, season the salmon with the oil, chili powder, cumin, adobo, salt, and pepper.
  2. Air fry the salmon at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes, until desired doneness (alternatively, bake on a sheet pan in a 375°F oven).
  3. In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and ketchup.
  4. Arrange the salmon on a platter and drizzle the sauce on top. Garnish with the scallions, sesame seeds, and chilies.
  5. Serving size: 1 1/3 cups salmon and 3 1/2 tbsp sauce
