Banana-cream cheese French toast
Fat-free cream cheese
2 Tbsp, at room temperature
2 slice(s), (3/8-inch-thick), cinnamon-raisin
¼ cup(s), thinly sliced
1 large egg(s)
- Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese on one side of each slice of bread. Top one slice of bread with banana, then top with remaining slice of bread.
- Whisk together milk, egg, and vanilla in small shallow bowl. Briefly dip stuffed French toast into egg mixture to coat on both sides.
- Spray medium nonstick skillet with nonstick spray and set over medium heat. Place French toast in skillet. Cook until golden brown, 3–4 minutes on each side. Serve with fresh berries.
