Banana-Chocolate Chip Brownie "Nice" Cream

Enjoy this homemade "nice" cream on its own or serve a few tablespoons between two Fiber One Brownie Bars for delicious, make-you-own ice cream sandwiches.
4 large, ripe
Fiber One 70 Calorie Chocolate chip brownie
2 brownie(s), crumbled into small pieces
Light chocolate syrup
2 Tbsp, optional
- Peel the bananas; cut them into 1-inch chunks and place in a zip-close plastic freezer bag. Seal and freeze until frozen solid, at least 2 to 3 hours.
- Place the frozen bananas in a food processor; puree, scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula. Add the vanilla and pulse to combine. Transfer to a bowl and gently stir in the crumbled Fiber One Brownie Bars. Serve with optional chocolate syrup served over top.
- Serving size: 1⁄2 cup “ice cream” and 1⁄2 tbsp chocolate syrup
