In a small pot over medium-high heat, bring water to a simmer. Add oats, banana, agave, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally, until water has absorbed and oats are tender, about 5 minutes.
