If you can't find or don't have lemon pepper seasoning, feel free to up the lemon juice and use freshly ground black pepper instead.

Ingredients

Cooking spray

4 spray(s)

Uncooked shrimp

1¼ pound(s), peeled and deveined

Fresh lemon juice

¼ cup(s)

Light butter

2 Tbsp, melted

Garlic

3 clove(s), minced

Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp

Lemon pepper

¾ tsp

Ground red pepper

¼ tsp

Fresh parsley

2 Tbsp, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Coat a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Arrange shrimp in a single layer in prepared dish. In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, melted butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lemon pepper seasoning, and red pepper; pour over shrimp.
  3. Bake until shrimp are cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes. Serve shrimp sprinkled with parsley.
  4. Serving size: about 3 oz shrimp and 2 tbsp sauce
