Avocado, Spinach, and Feta Wraps

Serve this wrap with wild arugula salad with olive oil and lime vinaigrette.

fat free flour tortilla(s)1 medium, spinach variety, (10-inch)
fresh spinach1 cup(s), lightly packed
uncooked zucchini1 small, shredded
reduced-fat feta cheese¼ cup(s), crumbled
balsamic vinegar1 Tbsp
olive oil1 tsp
- Mash together the avocado, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Spread the mixture evenly on the tortilla. Top with the spinach, zucchini, and feta; drizzle with the vinegar and oil. Roll up the tortilla to enclose the filling. Cut the wrap in half. Yields 1/2 wrap per serving.
