Try this rich, creamy sauce with grilled steak, chicken, pork, or fish. It’s also great drizzled over tacos and burritos. All you need is 10 minutes to make it, and you'll find yourself reaching for this recipe over and over again whenever you need to spruce up an entrée. All you have to do is purée all the ingredients, which include an avocado, fresh cilantro, cucumbers, scallions, lime juice, and a touch of cumin, in a food processor or blender, and your sauce is ready to go. Add as little or as much cayenne pepper as you'd like depending on your heat tolerance.

Ingredients

Avocado

1 item(s), medium, Hass, cut in chunks

Cilantro

1 cup(s), fresh, leaves

English cucumber

½ cup(s), peeled, coarsely chopped

Scallions

Fresh lime juice

3 Tbsp

3 Tbsp

Olive oil

1 tsp, extra virgin

Ground cumin

½ tsp

Table salt

½ tsp

Cayenne pepper

¼ tsp, or to taste
