We put our genius two-ingredient dough, made with only self-rising flour and Greek yogurt, to delicious use in these individual pizzas that feature a fall-inspired combo of sweet-tart apple, savory chicken sausage, and sharp cheddar.

Ingredients
Cooking spray
4 spray(s)
Self-rising flour
1¼ cup(s), plus more for dusting
Plain fat free Greek yogurt
1 cup(s)
Reduced fat cheddar cheese
¾ cup(s), shredded, sharp variety
Apple
1 small, cored and thinly sliced
Chicken apple sausage
3 oz, thinly sliced
Arugula
1 cup(s), baby
Instructions
1
Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
2
Using a wooden spoon, in a medium bowl, stir the flour and yogurt until just combined. Using your hands, knead the dough until smooth, about 2 minutes. Arrange a large piece of parchment or wax paper on a work surface and lightly dust with flour. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each piece into an 8-inch-long oval shape.
3
Coat a large cast-iron skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high. Add 1 dough piece and cook until bubbles appear on the top and the bottom is lightly charred, 1 to 2 minutes. Turn the crust over and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer the crust to the prepared pan. Repeat with the remaining dough pieces.
4
Top the crusts with the cheese, apple slices, and sausage. Bake until the cheese melts and the sausage is lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Top the pizzas with the arugula.
