Ingredients

Uncooked russet potato

½ medium

Cooking spray

3 spray(s)

Table salt

¼ tsp

Black pepper

2 pinch(es)

Instructions

  1. With a mandolin or v slicer, cut the potato into thin ridged slices. Coat both sides of potato slices with cooking spray and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Arrange in a single layer in an air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F for 9 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Transfer to a plate and let cool completely to crisp up. Repeat with remaining potato slices.
