This comforting tea doesn’t include actual tea leaves, but rather one of the most classic Mexican flavor combinations: chocolate, cinnamon, and vanilla. Mexican chocolate is sold in cakes that are flavored with cinnamon and vanilla, and has a somewhat grainy texture. This tea can be enjoyed any time of day. When the summer heat gets to be too much, just pour it over ice for a refreshing and cooling drink. The almond flour adds a little texture as well as flavor.
