low fat cream cheese
1 oz, softened
cooked frozen shrimp
2½ oz, about 4 extra large shrimp
2 tsp, toasted
In a small cup, stir together wasabi powder and water until a paste forms; stir in cream cheese. Split shrimp down their backs (don’t go all the way through) and spoon cream cheese-mixture into shrimp; garnish with sesame seeds.
