Warm Lentil and Rice Pilaf

long grain cooked brown rice

2 tsp, or rosemary, fresh, minced

In a medium bowl, combine spinach, lentils, rice and mushrooms; microwave, covered, until spinach is wilted and mixture is heated through, about 1 to 2 minutes. Garnish with thyme and/or rosemary; season with salt.
