Garbanzo Bean Stir-Fry

ground ginger

cooked garbanzo beans

½ cup(s)

sweet red pepper(s)

½ cup(s)

uncooked carrot(s)

¼ cup(s), sliced

uncooked onion(s)

¼ cup(s), chopped

cooked long grain brown rice

1 cup(s)


Heat oil in a non-stick skillet. Add garlic and ginger and cook until tender. Add garbanzo beans. Remove and set aside. Add vegetables. Sauté until tender. Add beans to vegetables and heat through. Serve with rice.
