Pop the popcorn kernels in an air popper, if you have one. Otherwise, put the kernels in a large microwave-safe bowl and cover with a vented lid or a plate. Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes, or until there’s about 5 seconds between pops. Be careful when you take the lid off , as it’ll be steaming hot!

Mix the icing sugar with the cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and salt. Mist the popcorn with calorie controlled cooking spray and toss with the sugar mixture to coat.
