Ingredients
Spinach
250 g
Reduced fat soured cream
60 ml
Parmesan Cheese
25 g
Garlic
1 clove(s)
Ground Nutmeg
¼ g
Instructions

Microwave the spinach until wilted, drain well, then cool.

In a food processor, blitz the spinach, sour cream, Parmesan, garlic & nutmeg until smooth.

Refrigerate until serving.
