Spicy cucumber salad

Cucumber

Rice vinegar
2 tablespoon(s)
Chilli, green or red

Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon(s)
Chilli flakes
½ teaspoon(s), level
Caster Sugar
2 teaspoon(s)
Spring Onions
2 medium
Instructions

Using a vegetable peeler, shave ribbons from 2 large cucumbers, stopping when you get to the watery core.

Whisk together the rice vinegar, chilli, sesame oil, chilli flakes and sugar.

Toss with the cucumber and serve garnished with spring onion.
