Ingredients

Chocolate protein powder

100 g, unprepared

Baking powder

½ teaspoon(s), level

Caster Sugar

½ tablespoon(s)

Egg, whole, raw

2 medium, raw

0% fat natural Greek yogurt

125 g

Skimmed Milk

80 ml

Dark Chocolate

10 g

Hazelnuts

6 individual

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6.
  2. In a bowl, combine the WW Protein Booster Cacao with the baking powder & sugar. Add the eggs, yogurt and skimmed milk. Whisk into a soft batter. Pour the mixture into 6 non stick muffin moulds
  3. Roughly chop the dark chocolate and the hazelnuts, sprinkle on top of each muffin, pressing a little in to make them stick to the batter.
  4. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes. Cool to room temperature and remove from the muffin moulds.
