Ingredients

Raspberries

350 g

Artificial sweetener

6 tablespoon(s)

Fat Free Natural Yogurt

350 g

Vanilla Extract

2 teaspoon(s), level

Instructions

1

In a blender or food processor, puree the frozen berries. Add the powdered sweetener, yogurt and vanilla essence and blend until combined.

2

Tip the mixture into an ice-cream maker and follow the manufacturer's instructions to freeze. If you do not have an ice-cream maker, tip the mixture into a rigid freezer cointainer and freeze for about 1 hour. Remove and stir with a fork to break up the ice crystals. Repeat every hour until the mixture has frozen.

3

Remove the container from the freezer about 30 minutes before serving to allow the mixture to thaw a little. Scoop into small glasses or serve with fresh fruit, remembering to add any extra POINTS values.
