Flash-fried sweet chilli & garlic prawns

Root Ginger

2 inch slice(s), peeled and cut into fine matchsticks

Prawns, Raw

250 g, peeled

Tinned Tomatoes

1 can(s), large, cherry tomatoes

Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli & Garlic Stir Fry Sauce

1 sachet(s)

Lime Juice, Fresh

15 ml

Spring Onions

2 medium, sliced thinly

White rice, microwaveable

1 pouch(es), microwaveable


  1. Heat a wok or large, non stick frying pan over a high heat and spray with the cooking spray. Add the ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds, then add the prawns and stir-fry for 2 minutes until pink all over.
  2. Add the cherry tomatoes and sweet chilli and garlic stir-fry sauce and heat through, stirring, for 1–2 minutes. Add the lime juice and scatter the spring onions over the top.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare the rice according to the packet instructions. Serve the stir-fry on top of the rice.
