Flash-fried sweet chilli & garlic prawns

2 inch slice(s), peeled and cut into fine matchsticks

1 can(s), large, cherry tomatoes
Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli & Garlic Stir Fry Sauce
Lime Juice, Fresh
2 medium, sliced thinly
White rice, microwaveable
1 pouch(es), microwaveable
- Heat a wok or large, non stick frying pan over a high heat and spray with the cooking spray. Add the ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds, then add the prawns and stir-fry for 2 minutes until pink all over.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and sweet chilli and garlic stir-fry sauce and heat through, stirring, for 1–2 minutes. Add the lime juice and scatter the spring onions over the top.
- Meanwhile, prepare the rice according to the packet instructions. Serve the stir-fry on top of the rice.
