You’ll love our surprisingly simple hack for lighter eggnog. Low-fat ice cream is softened quickly in the microwave, then whisked together with almond milk and a pinch of ground nutmeg. That’s it!


Ingredients
Low Fat Ice Cream
500 g
Unsweetened almond drink
480 ml
Ground Nutmeg
1 teaspoon(s), level
Cinnamon Stick

Instructions

Remove the lid and top film from a 500ml tub of ice cream. Microwave, uncovered at 50% power, for 1 minute or until soft.

In a large bowl, whisk together the softened ice cream, almond milk and nutmeg until smooth. Divide the egg nog evenly among 4 glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg and a cinnamon stick, if you like.
