Porridge oats
80 g
Cranberries

Preheat the oven to 180°C, 160°C fan. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

In a medium bowl, mash the bananas. Add the oats, cinnamon and mix well. Fold in the cranberries. Scoop 1 tbsp of dough onto the prepared tray and repeat with remaining dough to make 14 cookies (leave an inch between each cookie). Bake for 10-12 minutes, until firm.
