Apple bread pudding

Ingredients
Skimmed Milk
300 ml
Apple sauce
125 g
Egg, whole, raw
2 medium, raw
Ground Cinnamon
2 teaspoon(s), level
Calorie controlled cooking spray
4 spray(s)
Calorie Controlled White Bread

Sultanas
50 g
Apple
2 medium
Icing Sugar
½ teaspoon(s), level
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the milk, apple sauce, eggs and cinnamon.

Mist a 2-litre baking dish with cooking spray. Layer the bread, sultanas and apple slices in the baking dish then pour over the milk mixture.

Cover with clingfilm and chill for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 180°C, fan 160°C, gas mark 4.

Remove the clingfilm and bake for 40-45 minutes, until the pudding is golden and just set. Dust with ½ tsp icing sugar before serving.
