Instructions

Mix the bananas and egg with a pinch of salt.

Mist a frying pan with cooking spray and heat. Drop a ladleful of mixture into the pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side until golden. Repeat so you have 2 pancakes.

Serve each pancake topped with 1 tbsp 0% fat natural Greek yogurt, fresh berries and tsp agave syrup.
