White egg omelette with cheese and herbs

grated parmesan cheese
2 tbs, chopped
1 slice(s), toasted
Whisk 3 egg whites with 2 tbs skim milk in a jug. Lightly spray a non-stick frying pan with oil and heat over high heat. Pour in egg and cook for 1-2 minutes. Scatter 2 tbs each grated parmesan and chopped fresh chives. Serve with 1 (42g) toasted slice wholegrain and oats bread.
