Steak with beans and potato mash
Beef fillet (tenderloin), raw
1 large, , peeled, chopped
MasterFoods Mustard, Dijon
Green string beans
1 individual, , ends trimmed, cooked
50 g, , warmed
Place potato in a small saucepan of salted boiling water. Place over high heat and cook until tender, drain and mash. Add milk, mustard and salt and pepper. Mash until smooth. Keep warm. Heat grill or barbeque over high heat. Spray steak with oil and grill for 2 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking. Serve steak with mash and green beans topped with salsa.
