Sardines, canned in springwater, drained

Lebanese cucumber

¼ medium, sliced


Spread 2 slices toasted wholemeal bread with 20g green olive tapenade. Top 1 slice with handful of baby spinach, ½ sliced roma tomato, 88g can drained sardines in springwater, ¼ sliced Lebanese cucumber and finish with remaining bread.
