Pork stir-fry with noodles

Heat a wok or heavy-based frying pan over high heat. Spray with oil. Add pork and stir-fry until golden. Remove from pan. Add beans, broccoli and spring onion. Stir-fry for 1 minute, then add the garlic, sauces and stock. Cook until stock starts to thicken. Return pork to pan and stir to reheat. Serve pork on noodles and sprinkle with coriander.
