Mushroom & feta on toast
3 whole, (field variety)
reduced fat feta cheese
Coffee, cappuccino with skim milk, no sugar
Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a frying pan. Cook 3 field mushrooms until golden. Season with salt and pepper. Top 1 x 35g slice wholegrain bread (toasted) with mushrooms, 30g reduced-fat feta cheese and fresh chives (chopped). Follow with a banana and a skim cappuccino.
