Notes

Preheat oven to 180℃. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place Lebanese bread onto prepared tray. Spread paste over bread. Top with spinach, mushroom, capsicum, onion and ham. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 15 minutes or until bases become crisp and cheese is melted. Cut into 6 slices and serve.
