Curried egg, chicken & salad wrap
1 tbs, (lactose free)
mixed salad leaves
cooked skinless chicken breast
Mash 1 hard-boiled egg with 1 tbs lactose free low-fat mayonnaise, 1/8 tsp curry powder and a little salt and pepper. Top 1 x 40g wholegrain wrap with egg mixture, mixed salad leaves, ½ cup grated carrot and 100g lean skinless cooked chicken breast (shredded). Roll to enclose filling and cut in half to serve.
