Notes

Marinate beef steak in balsamic vinegar and garlic for 30 minutes. Grill over a medium heat until cooked. Grill zucchini, cherry tomatoes and asparagus spears for 5 minutes. Toss vegetables together with cooked pearl barley, parsley, flaxseed oil and lemon juice. Serve with sliced steak.
