Notes

Preheat broiler. Combine oil, veal and rosemary in a bowl. Season to taste and let marinate 30 minutes. Thread veal onto a metal skewer, alternating with pepper, mushrooms and tomatoes. Broil until desired degree of tenderness, turning once. Serve kebab with rice and asparagus.
