Notes

Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add onion and saute five minutes, or until tender. Add turkey, ginger, broth and squash. Season to taste and cook, stirring occasionally, until turkey is no longer pink. Serve with salad tossed with dressing.
