Notes

Preheat broiler. Combine couscous, cheeses, egg substitute, spinach, salsa and chili powder in a microwave-safe bowl. Season to taste and microwave until cheese melts. Coat string beans and peppers with oil and lemon-pepper seasoning. Broil until browned and heated through and serve with couscous pie.
