Notes

Combine soy sauce, cornstarch and pork in a bowl and marinate. Heat a non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add pork and sauté until almost done. Remove pork and set aside. Add pepper, ginger, nuts and pea pods, stir to combine. Sauté until slightly softened. Add pork back to pan and sauté until cooked through. Serve with rice.
