Notes

Combine soy sauce, cornstarch and pork in a bowl. Season to taste with crushed red pepper flakes. Let marinate for 15 minutes. Heat a non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add pork and sauté 2 minutes. Remove pork and set aside. Add pea pods, pepper, nuts and ginger, stir to combine. Sauté 2 to 3 minutes until slightly softened. Add pork back to pan and sauté until cooked through, about 3 minutes. Serve with rice.
