Notes

Combine soy sauce, cornstarch and pork in a bowl. Season to taste with crushed red pepper flakes and marinate. Heat a non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add pork and sauté until almost cooked through. Remove pork and set aside. Add pepper, ginger, nuts and pea pods, stir to combine. Sauté until slightly softened. Add pork back to pan and cook through. Serve with rice.
