Combine beef, onions, peppers, tomatoes and broth in a medium pot; simmer to heat through and blend flavours, about 5 minutes. Spoon goulash over pasta and top with sour cream. (INGREDIENT ADDITION OPTION: Add 1/4 teaspoon of smoked paprika to the goulash for a sweet but hot flavour.)
