Preheat broiler. Combine honey, nutmeg and cinnamon. Coat tofu with honey sauce and broil. Place zucchini and peas on a non-stick baking sheet, brush with oil and season to taste. Broil until softened. Complement tofu and vegetables with bulgur mixed with parsley.
