Preheat broiler. Coat chicken with honey mustard. Broil until cooked through, turning once. Place oil and onion flakes in a plastic bag. Add pepper, celery and broccoli. Season to taste and shake well to coat. Broil on aluminum foil until desired tenderness. Serve chicken and vegetables with rice.
