Notes

Heat a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Sauté mushrooms until tender and remove from pan. Add egg, season to taste, and scramble until firm. Fill pita with cheese, egg and mushrooms. Enjoy with milk and grapefruit.
