Cranberry Chicken Salad

1 small, cut into thin strips

dried cranberries

sesame seeds

flour tortilla(s)

Combine greens, pepper, chicken, cranberries and scallions in a bowl. Toss with vinegar, oil and sesame seeds. Place tortilla wedges on a baking sheet. Season to taste. Toast until crisp.
